This course is also ideal if you are interested in a career in the Criminal  Psychology, though are unsure if you want to commit yourself financially and time wise to a full Criminal Psychologist qualification

The course has been designed for someone without any prior knowledge of the subject and will allow the student to study the course at their own pace in their own home, emailed directly to your inbox. This course does not entitle you to work as a Criminal  Psychologist, though will give you a solid knowledge base and an invaluable insight of child psychology without investing and committing a sizeable investment and time enrolling onto a college or university programme, the course gives you a great opportunity to test the water, and if you do enjoy it, you have a solid foundation. As after completing this course you may wish to continue your training with a college or university  to build a platform for your career.

We also offer all students doing the home study training the opportunity to come along to our inspirational  monthly best practice groups in Manchester at no extra cost.

The monthly support groups are free for all students and give you the opportunity to see live demonstrations, techniques and skills across a broad range of subjects and inspirational guest speakers. For those that can’t attend the events we also offer a dedicated ustream channel http://www.ustream.tv/channel/centre-of-excellence-tv .The practice groups are optional and cover a variety of different subjects are not essential for completing the course.

The online courses are assessed by a written assessment at the end of the course which consists of a question paper and written answers.

There is no time limit for completing the course, it can be studied in your own time at your own pace. Help and support is always available from the training centre team through out your training. This course will take you up to 200 hours to complete working from home.

Certification:

On completion of the course you will receive an in house Criminal  Psychology Certificate from Centre of Excellence Online for completing the course
